Q: Can you combustion check our burners?

A: Yes and we can also trim the burners and supply results of combustion analysis.

Q: Is there a manned 24hr telephone number?

A: Yes it is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.

Q: Do you carry out burner servicing?

A: High Fire can carry out servicing on all burners of all fuel types

Q: Can you carry out strip downs for insurance inspections?

A: You give us a date to start and the inspector’s contact details. High Fire will deal with it from there and hand the boiler back to you steamed up and ready to go on completion.

Q: Can you carry out site visits prior to work?

A: High Fire always visit the site prior to work commencing, to ensure the clients needs are fully met.

Q: Do you work on old plant?

A: High Fire work on plant ranging from 1906 right through to the present day.

Q: Do you carry spares?

A: Our engineers carry a wide range of spares on their vehicles.

Q: Can risk assessments be carried out on site prior to work commencing?

A: All our engineers are qualified to carry out their own risk assessments if required on site.

Q: Will it be the same engineer that revisits our site?

A: High Fire will do their utmost to ensure a continuity of personnel, thus enabling familiarisation with your plant.
